The six propellers were sent in a soft padded envelope and half of them arrived broken. The seller immediately gave me a refund for the damaged items, basically a 50% refund. Satisfied.
These fragile propellers need to be sent in a stiff box, not a soft bag. The poor choice of shipping packaging is the only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5.
