Item arrived a week ahead of schedule even through the busy Christmas season. Packing was excellent, everything arrived in perfect condition in both boxes. I really appreciated the test flight video from the seller. Seller is very responsive to messages and their communication was excellent. Low temperatures and snow will keep me from doing the maiden flight for a few months yet, but from reading other reviews and watching YouTube videos on this helicopter I’m not anticipating any problems. If I have any issues I will update my comments! Excellent product from an excellent seller! I would buy from FLISHRC again!
